Nihil est ut videtur
Are you concerned that you can't believe what you read on the web? Are you the sort of person who is reassured by footnotes and bibliographies? Do you want proof that you are not being duped? Do you really need to have confidence in your weather report?
If you anwered yes to any of these questions, be EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS of any content you encounter on this blog, where nothing is as it seems.
Once you're in, I hope you'll see it doesn't make any difference anyway. But if you're really worried that fact and fiction get a little blurred in my past and thoughts, just go read the National Post or watch a little TV news, and you'll see it could be worse. Say, did I hear that Michael Ignatieff is being considered as a potential leader of the Liberal Party of Canada? Maybe that's a subject for a reflection on the theme of absurdity, not deception.
